• On Site Build

  We travel to you and build on site throughout New Zealand. Each building is 100% built on site from the ground up, no site preparation is usually required by the purchaser, unless a tree or fence is to be removed but we are happy to assist . Flexibility on style and positioning is standard, doors and windows can be place any where on the cottage and uneven ground is not a problem as we install stumps set in concrete on every building. A 10 year warranty is issued on completion. Our 4m x 2.5m plus 1m deck cottages do not require building consent and Curtis Built organise the electricians and will paint if required. You need do nothing more than work out where you want us to build.
